Pentaerythritol Tetrastearate (PETS) with long chain fatty acids such as stearic acid, are a class of polymer additives with a strong release effect. They are typically used in polycarbonate and ABS polymers, but also in PET, PA and other plastics. It is recommended for use as a mold release agent in polycarbonate, thermoplastic polyesters and other engineering thermoplastics.

plastic Compounding
- Used as internal/external lubricants for PC, PA, PBT, PET, PC alloy, PPO, PPS & other thermoset plastics.
- Used as anti-static agent & anti-fog agent in PVC, PP, PE, PS.
- Used as dispersing agent in PC, PA.
Recommended dosage is 0.1 – 1%.
Plastic masterbatch
- Used as dispersing agent in PC, PET, PBT, PC/ABS, PPS masterbatch.
Recommended dosage is 0.5 – 3%.
Other Applications
- Used as lubricating agent and plasticizer in rubber mastication process.
- Used in high-end lubricant oil.
- Used as lubricating agent in metal cutting & steel rolling.
Recommended dosage is 0.5 – 1%.
